| 摘 要： | 文章探讨了高校就业指导的功能、内容和对应措施,结合新形势下如何完善高校的教育服务功能,缓解毕业生就业压力的高校工作重点和热点问题,审视毕业生就业对于高校办学的核心价值问题。提出积极营造一个严格要求且适合学生全面发展的育人环境,从而全面提高学生能力附加值。

| Abstract: | Studies university function of employment guides,contents and measures,combine the new situation how perfect education service function of university,to alleviate pressure that graduate student employmen,examine graduate student employment's core value problem for university education.Put forward constructing a strict request actively,suit the student to develop completely of education environment,thus attain target of overall exaltation for student's ability and characters. |
