| 摘 要： | 文章立足于我国构建社会主义和谐社会的大背景,以实现成人教育机会均等为核心,从教育起点公平、教育过程公平和教育结果公平几方面入手,对保障成人受教育的权利、扩大成人受教育的机会、提高成人学习的成效、实现成人教育结果的公平等问题进行理论和实践的思考。
