| Abstract: | the construction and development of the teachers' specialization has become the necessary trend in educational development.The professional spirit is the basic point of the teachers' specialization among the contents of the teachers' specialization development.The paper analyzes the essential connotation of the teachers' professional spirit according to the teachers' characteristics in colleges and universities,and then,proposes the concrete training ways of the teachers' professional spirit based on the present realistic background. |
