基于数控机床归参考点的故障诊断与排除

摘    要:采用分析举例的方法阐述了数控机床归参考点的基本方式,讨论只有做到机械上粗定位,电气上精定位,才能极大地降低归参考点故障的产生。数控机床归参考点故障只有在其确定的回参考点方式下准确诊断,并加以及时排除,才能进一步提高数控机床的开动率和可靠性。

Abstract:Through analysis and examples, this paper dealt with the basic methods of numerically controlled machine tool going back to reference point and some trouble types. It also discussed the problem of making coarse orientation on mechanism and exact orientation on electric appliances, which can greatly reduce the trouble emergence of reference points. Only when the trouble of reference point on numerically controlled machine tool is accurately diagnosed under the way of determining the original reference point can be further improved the boot-strap operating ratio and reliability of the numerically controlled machine tool.
