高校拓展训练式体育课教学模式的探索实践

摘    要:拓展训练式体育课教学模式有综合活动性、挑战极限、集体中的个性、高峰体验、自我教育等特点。其教学模式的主结构可归纳为组织准备、活动体验、感悟归纳、分享交流、整合应用五个环节。教师应进行适应性学习,针对高教特点设计训练项目,注意有关教学策略的使用。

Abstract:Outward-bound-based Physical Education Teaching Model features in comprehensive activities, limit- challenge , individual character in the collective , peak experiencing , self-education ,etc. The main structures of the teaching mode can be summed up to organizing preparation, activity experiencing ,share- and- exchange , integration-and-application. The teacher should carry on adaptable study ,design the training courses according to higher education characteristics, and use of relevant teaching tactics .
