| 摘 要： | 国家构建过程就是现代民族国家的形成完善过程,现代民族国家的形成完善则是民主政治发展的前提和基础。西方民主政治建立于现代民族国家建构的基础之上,我国国家权力的民主化也需要民族国家形成的基础。现阶段,我国一些基本国家制度还没有建构好,过分强调国家权力民主化会导致社会政治的不稳定。

| Abstract: | The process of nation construction is the process of the formation and perfection of modern nation states and the formation and perfection of modern nation states is the prerequisite and basis for the development of democratic politics.The western democratic politics is based on the foundation of modern nation states and China's democratization of state power also needs a foundation for the formation of a nation state.At present,some basic state institutions have not been built up in China and overemphasis of the democratization of state power will lead to social instability. |
