吴茱萸中有效成分对大肠杆菌代谢作用的微量量热法研究

摘    要:从中药吴茱萸中提取了两种有效成分吴茱萸生物碱和吴茱萸内酯,用瑞典产的2277型热活性检测仪测定了不同浓度的吴茱萸生物碱和吴茱萸内酯对大肠杆菌的代谢作用,并处理得出了最佳促菌浓度和最小抑菌浓度.

Abstract:Evodia alkaloid and evodia lactone were extracted. By using 2277 Thermal Activity Monitor (Sweden), bacteriostatic activity of different concentration solution of evodia alkaloid and evodia lactone for E.coli was determined, and then the best impetus concentration and the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) were found.
