创造性思维与烹饪实验课教学

摘    要:实验课教学是在校实验室完成的一项教学活动,烹饪实验课与其他学科实验课的教学有所不同,烹饪是一种技术性、操作性要求很高的工种,而且是一项手工操作性很强的工作。需要有熟练的基本功技术,这种能力要求在理论教学和生产实习教学的方法选择与其它学科不同,本篇就创造性思维与烹饪实验课的应用结合,来探讨其关系。

Abstract:Experimental teaching is a didactical activity finished in a school laboratory . Experimental classes on cooking are different from those about other subjects, cooking is akind of highly technical and operable major and it is a job by handwork , we should have practiced basic skill, this ability is different from other subjects in academic teaching and productivepractice methods. This thesis can be used to discuss their relationship on how to combine creative thinking with the application of experimental classes about cooking.
