| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,任务繁重,责任重大.辅导员只有不断提高自身素质,才能真正担负起在政治上是领航、在学业上是导师、在品行上是典范、在情感上是朋友的任务,辅导员也只有清醒地认识自己的岗位责任和所担负的使命,才能卓有成效地开展工作.
