On the Experience and Its Inspiration of Teachers''''Appointment and Training in American Los Angeles Community College

In the course of the development of American Los Angeles Community College,it has accumulated much experience in teachers' training. The college emphasizes the combination of full-time teachers and part-time teachers for appointment;the evaluation system is comparatively perfect,and the in-service training for teachers concerns much of teachers'needs. All of these give us much inspiration when our country develops the higher vocational and technology college. We should pay attention to the practical ability of teachers,the comprehensive treaty of evaluation,and the identity of teachers to improve teacher training of our country.
