美国洛杉矶社区学院教师的任用、培训经验与启示

摘    要:美国洛杉矶社区学院在发展的过程中,在教师的培训方面积累了比较丰富的经验。它们对教师的招聘注重专兼职的结合,评估体系也比较完善,对教师的在职培训能考虑到教师本身的需要。我国高等职业技术学院在发展中可以借鉴它们,应该从注重教师的实践能力、评估的全面性、加强教师在进修过程中的主体性三方面寻找最佳的解决师资问题的途径,以促进我国高职院校在教师培训方面的改革。

Abstract:In the course of the development of American Los Angeles Community College,it has accumulated much experience in teachers' training. The college emphasizes the combination of full-time teachers and part-time teachers for appointment;the evaluation system is comparatively perfect,and the in-service training for teachers concerns much of teachers'needs. All of these give us much inspiration when our country develops the higher vocational and technology college. We should pay attention to the practical ability of teachers,the comprehensive treaty of evaluation,and the identity of teachers to improve teacher training of our country.
