摘    要:联合国科教文组织前任主任费德里克.梅尔曾这样描述国际化的文化功能:大学是这样一种机构,在其中进行文化的生产、传授和再生产,三者是一致的。在当今世界上,发展培养人们之间相互依存的意识必须是大学的一项基本功能。因此,在现代高校留学生教育中,没有不同文化之间的和睦相处就很难有留学生教育的发展与深化。本文从分析不同文化之间的差异以及相互作用入手,提出在留学生教育中实现多元文化融合的具体建议。

On the Improvement of the Education Quality for Inter- national Medical Students in China through the Education Means of Multicultural Integration

Abstract:Former UNESCO director Federico Mayor has de- scribed the internationalized cultural function as follows: the u- niversity is such an institution in which cultural production, transfer and reproduction take place, and the three are coinci- dent. In today's world, to develop and cultivate the conscious- ness of interdependence between people must be a basic func- tion of the university. Thus, in modern university international student education, it is difficult for international student educa- tion to achieve further development without the harmony a- mong different cultures. Starting from analyzing the differences among different cultures and their interaction, this paper puts forward concrete proposals to achieve multicuhural integration in the education of international students.
