高职机械类专业顶岗实习三方共赢成效探讨

顶岗实习是确保高职人才培养质量的重要环节。本文从分析顶岗实习对学生、企业、高职院校三方的重要意义入手，针对当前顶岗实习的现状及出现的问题，结合高职机械类专业顶岗实习的特点，提出了完善校企协作机制、校企互通考评、健全实习管理规章制度等措施．以使顶岗实习三方获得更好的共赢发展。

An Inquiry into the Effect of Tripartite Win-Win in On- post Practice of Higher Vocational Mechanical Majors

On-post practice is an important link ensuring the quality of higher vocational talent cultivation. Starting from the important significance of on-post practice for students, enter- prises and higher vocational colleges, in view of the current sit- uation and problems of the present on-post practice, combined with the characteristics of higher vocational mechanical on-post practice, this paper proposes such measures as the improvement of college-enterprise cooperative system, college-enterprise mutual evaluation and the improvement of rules and regulations for practice management, so as to promote better tripartite win- win development in on-post practice.
