| 摘 要： | 鲜红斑痣(Port wine stains,PWS)的光动力学疗法(Plhotodynamic therapy,PDT)是一种较为有发展前景的治疗方法.在PDT治疗PWS过程中,根据不同的PWS皮肤的生理特征选择不同的光剂量是一个非常关键的问题.而基于PSW病理结构建立的光学模型及其模拟的工作将有助于分析以上问题.本文调研了国内外在PWS皮肤的建模及模拟方面的工作现状,根据PWS皮肤的病理特点,建立了相应的层状光学模型,该模型为后续模拟工作奠定基础.
