天然无患子皂苷提取工艺的研究

摘    要:无患子皂苷是天然的表面活性剂,本文用乙醇提取技术,考查了乙醇溶液浓度、无患子果皮与乙醇溶液的固液比、提取时间、提取温度四个因素对无患子皂苷提取得率的影响,通过单因素实验、正交设计实验得出天然无患子提取工艺的最优方案。实验结果表明:乙醇浓度为80%,固液比为1:5,提取温度为90℃,提取时间为4.5h,无患子皂苷的得率为14.26%。该工艺简单易行,操作方便,稳定性好,为下一阶段的无患子皂苷的提取提纯研究及工业化生产提供相关的依据。

Research on Extraction Technology of Soapnut-saponin

Abstract:Soapnut-saponin is a kind of natural surface active agent. Using the technology of ethanol extraction, the paper studied the effects of four factors in concentration of ethanol solution, ratio of material to solvent, extraction time and extraction temperature on the yield of soapnut-saponin. The best extraction conditions had been obtained in single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results show that the largest yield of soapnut-saponins is 14.26% under the best extraction conditions: 80% ethanol solution, material-solvent ratio 1:5, extraction time 4.5h, extraction temperature 900C. The technology for soapnut-saponin extraction is simple, convenient and stable, and it could be provided for the references for the future research on the extraction, purification and industrialization produce of soapnut-saponin.
