| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放的深入，西部大开发的推进，民族利益和民族地区利益的关系问题凸现出来。本文通过分析这两者的区别和关系后，借鉴各民族地区发展经验，总结了以民族整体利益为主兼顾民族地区利益的实现形式。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of reform and opening-up,the promotion of the development of western regions,the relationship between the whole nation's benefits and the minority area's benefits are shown especially out.This text,through analyzing to this difference between them,relation between them,and referring to each national region develops experience,has summarized the way of realization which gives consideration to the benefits of ethnic minority area of taking nationality's whole benefits as the core. |
