| 摘 要： | 零费和负团费这种非正常的旅行社运作模式，损害了游客利益，破坏了旅游目的地形象，使游客、旅游目的地、旅行社、导游都成为了受害者，其中导游受到的影响尤为重大。因此，探讨零团费和负团费产生的原因，剖析其对导游的影响与危害，并提出相应的整治措施具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Zero and debt tour fee is an abnormal operation mode of travel agency,which damages the benefits of the tourists and ruins the images of the resorts.It could make the tourists,resorts,travel agency and tour guide victims,especially the tour guide.The paper tries to discuss the causes of the zero and debt fee,analyzes the influence and harm on the tour guide,and presents some controlling measures. |
