| 摘 要： | 介绍一种集成带恒流源的PM-OLED驱动电路的设计方法,该驱动电路包括行驱动电路和列驱动电路。其中列驱动电路包括带隙基准电路、电流复制电路和恒流源产生电路等部分。行驱动电路通过控制MOS管的导通和截止来工作。通过仿真证实本设计为PM-OLED驱动电路的实际应用提供了一种可行的方案。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a PM-OLED driver circuit design of of an integrated system with constant current source,including the circuit of row and column driving.The colomn driving circuit consists of the band-gap reference,current replication and constant current source circuits.The row dring circuit operates by controlling the conducting and closing of the MOS tube.The design provides a feasible scheme for the application of PM-OLED driving circuit. |
