| Abstract: | At present, economy in Hongkong is facing transition, there are both structural unemployment and structural lacking position.To develop Hongkong's economy and resolve the employment we should improve people's quality further, lay down the policy to attract excellent talents in the interior, change current educational system, enhance the training of talents and promote talent exchange between two sides. |
