| 摘 要： | 学科建设是高等学校的根本。高等学校要持续、稳定地发展，并力争实现跨越式发展，就必须大力加强学科建设。学科建设规划的制定、学术带头人的培养、科研创新团队的整合、科研基地的建设、科技产业的发展等方面是学科建设的重要内容。
