| 摘 要： | 作为中国改革开放的总设计师,邓小平的治国艺术显示出鲜明的举重若轻特色.无论是拨乱反正、改革开放,还是坚持四项基本原则、面对国际局势的巨大变化;无论是党的建设,还是社会主义建设的探索等等,邓小平都能够显示出其独有的举重若轻的治国艺术.学习邓小平高超的治国艺术,对于当前加强党的执政能力建设具有重要的意义.

| Abstract: | As a chief architect of China's opening-up and reform, DENG Xiao-ping displayed his governing art by tackling the tough problems in a very easy manner, including bringing order out of chaos, opening-up and reform, sticking to the four cardinal principles, meeting with the dramatically changing international situation, the party-building and the exploration into the socialist construction. Leaning DENG Xiao-ping's governing art will be of great importance in strengthening the ruling power of our Party. |
