高校体育教师团队竞争力提升的策略

摘    要:高校体育教师团队竞争力的提升是高校体育教学工作有利发展的重要保障。对现阶段高校体育教师团队进行分析认为:高校体育教师团队具有开放性、自主性、复杂性和动态性,应从增强高校体育教师团队信任力、提高团队自主决策力、建立学习型团队内部运行机制、创建良好的团队内外部环境和主动规避团队动态变化的不利因素等五个方面提升高校体育教师团队竞争力。

Abstract:With the research methods of literature study,statistics and logic analysis,the paper analyses the current university P.E. teacher team.The university P.E. teacher team is open,independent,complex and dynamic.The university P.E. teacher team competitiveness can be improved by strengthening trust and independent decision,establishing inner operation system featured with learning,creating good inner environment of the team and avoiding disadvantageous factors of dynamic changes of the team.
