| 摘 要： | 为了实现我国继续教育的新突破、新发展,必须围绕“人本”这一核心,转变旧的“人才观”,改善用人制度,实施民主管理,健全奖励机制,加大“人本”建设的力度,才能推动我国的继续教育事业迈向一个新的台阶。

| Abstract: | Human-centered construction,as a core in the breakthrough of further education in China,needs to be highly emphasized.To enhance the construction,it is urgent to transform the traditional views on intellects, ameliorate the system of employment,perform democratic management and perfect the system of rewards.Consequently,further education in China will take on a flourishing perspective. |
