| 摘 要： | 以公民意识为视角进行文化认同培育是处理新疆跨界民族多重而又复杂的各种认同关系的有效途径。这就要加强对新疆跨界民族国家认同感的培养和权利义务观的教育,实施多元文化理解教育以构建国家精神疆域,挖掘中华主流文化和新疆跨界民族传统文化中的普世价值,正确处理新疆跨界民族伊斯兰教信仰与民族文化认同的关系等。
