| 摘 要： | 以世界大学学术排名（上交大版）前500名中两岸三地30所高校数字图书馆的建设者及学科馆员为调查对象，通过以数字图书馆著作权案例为内容的问卷调查，在港台参照系下分析大陆地区图书馆员在数字图书馆建设中对著作权的认知状况．并提出解决数字图书馆建设中的知识产权问题的建议。
