| 摘 要： | 根据2011年下半年以来电信行业宽带价格歧视反垄断调查提出了电信行业反垄断规制目标问题。电信行业反垄断规制的常规目标是市场竞争秩序,消费者福祉;终极目标同时也是行业特殊目标是符合国家产业政策(三网融合),提升我国信息产业国际竞争力。

| Abstract: | According to the telecommunication broadband price discrimination anti-trust investigation in the second half of 2011,this paper proposes the question of the telecommunication industry’s anti-trust target regulation.The conventional target is the order of market competition and consumers’ welfare,the ultimate goal as well as the special goal of this industry is to accord with national industry policy(three networks convergence) and enhance the international competitiveness of China’s information industry. |
