| 摘 要： | 考察了我国城市生活垃圾分类的法律现状,分析了发达国家城市生活垃圾分类的先进法制,探讨如何从循环经济的思路科学地解决垃圾分类问题,提出了完善我国城市生活垃圾分类法律的建议。
