影响开放大学科学定位的几种观念分析

国家开放大学的科学定位是一个亟待解决的现实问题,这个问题非常复杂,牵涉到人们的固有观念。有人认为大学定位是与其品类,即"流"联系在一起的,这种精英情结一旦浮出水面,便会成为妨碍科学定位的观念;健康的合作观念能在开放大学系统建设中起很正面的作用,而与其对应的行政化情结就是挥之不去,总是要作顽强的坚守;大学的定位有层次之分,但决不存在贵贱之别,有人却总有英雄情结不能割舍,在对状元、大师、一流大学过度崇拜的同时,确有自我蔑视、自我轻视大众化、普及化教育的倾向。

Analysis of Several Conceptions which Influence the Open University Orientation

It is an urgent need for The Open University of China to have her scientific orientation.This is very complicated and concerned with people’s inherent conceptions.Some people match university’s orientation with its type or "class",if this meritocracy complex emerges,it will prevent the scientific orientation.Healthy cooperation conception will play active role in the system construction of The Open University of China,however,the administrative complex still exists and insists on.University is divided into several levels but shouldn’t be judged with prejudice,some people can’t give up the heroism complex,they worship the champions,the masters and the first-rate unversities,meanwhile look down up themselves,disappreciating the popularized education.
