创新地方高校高层次人才引进机制建设的思考

摘    要:人才引进是高校战略发展中的重要课题,创新人才引进机制,对于优化师资结构、促进学科和专业建设、提高高校教学质量及科研水平和能力具有重要作用。文章针对地方高校高层次人才引进工作机制中存在的问题,认为处理好引进、培养与管理三者间的关系,建立健全高层次人才引进体制机制建设,是地方高校摆脱困境、提高综合能力的有效途径和重要保证。

Abstract:Talent introduction is a main subject in universities’ strategic development.Innovating talent introduction mechanism has an important effect on optimizing teachers’ structure,promoting the disciplines and major construction,improving college teaching quality and research level.Focusing on the problems in local universities’ high-level talent introduction mechanism,this paper proposes that properly handling the relationship among the introduction,cultivation and management as well as establishing and perfecting the mechanism of high-level talent introduction are the important guarantees not only for local universities to get rid of the difficulties but also for them to improve their comprehensive quality.
