我国刑事作证现状的思考

在刑事诉讼中，证人不愿作证，作假证，屡见不鲜。这也是诉讼中一个瓶颈性问题。本文针对该现象进行了分析。这主要有物质经济条件、个人法律意识水平的高低等原因。针对这种现状，本文从权利保障，经济保障等方面提出了一些见解。
