| 摘 要： | 信息资源共建共享涉及到的主要问题是知识产权的版权问题.文章论述了只有建立起相关的保障体系,完善知识产权的法律法规,才能推动信息资源共建共享由当前的无序状态进入法制化轨道,才能有助于知识的进一步传播,并推动国家创新体系的建设.

| Abstract: | The major problems in the joint information construction and share involve the knowledge property. This article expounds that once the relative guarantee system is established, laws and regulations of the protection of knowledge property are bettered, the promotion of joint information construction and share and the construction of innovation systems and the dissemination of knowledge can be achieved. |
