| 摘 要： | 本文主要从三个部分来谈论了中国商业银行资产证券化问题,首先介绍了中国商业银行实行资产证券化的必要性与可行性,然后分析了中国商业银行资产证券化的现状及面临的问题,最后通过借鉴国外商业银行实行资产证券化的先进经验对中国商业银行提出几点建议。

| Abstract: | This paper is major to come from 3 parts to discuss the commercial bank asset bond of our country melt problem, first, have introduced the commercial bank of our country to carry out the feasibility and necessariness that asset bond melts, then have analysed the commercial bank asset bond of our country the present situation that melts and the problem that is faced with , finally through refering to abroad commercial bank, carry out the advanced experience that asset bond melts as the commercial bank of our country makes the suggestion of a few. |
