| 摘 要： | 针对教师如何正确选择切合自身特点的教学模式，以进行教学这一实际问题作给出了两条基本策略：不断学习，树立正确的教学观，不断实践，形成正确的教学模式观；四条基本原则：目的性、主体性、个别化和时效性。
