浅议宗教管理中的法律问题

宗教作为人类社会的一种特有现象和文化传承,有其存在的长期性、群众性、复杂性和特殊性。正确认识和处理的宗教问题,正确认识法律在宗教管理中的作用,依法对社会进行全方位的管理,是一个现代国家的基本特征,也是衡量一个国家发展与进步的重要标志。依法管理宗教事务的目的是保护宗教界的合法权益,规范宗教活动,使宗教活动健康有序,避免混乱情况出现,制止、打击利用宗教进行违法犯罪活动,以充分发挥宗教这一精神资源和社会资源在促进社会和谐中的积极作用。

As a kind of unique phenomenon and culture succession of the human society,religion exists with characteristics of long term,massiveness,complication and specialness.It's a basic characteristic of a modern country and an important signal representing a country's development and progress to understand and handle reasonably the present problems in China,to understand correctly the roles of laws in religious administration and to administrate the society in an all-round way in accordance with laws.The purpose for administrating the religious affairs in accordance with laws is to protect the lawful rights of the religious world and to prevent religious activities from getting into chaos by regulating religious activities and preventing and beating illegal and criminal activities making full use of religion.Only in this way can the active roles of religion in promoting social harmony be made full use of.
