| 摘 要： | 电子商务对企业的生产经营方式产生了重大影响，企业生产经营中的供应链、交易方式、客户管理、竞争方式等都与传统商务环境下有很大的不同。企业的成本管理，必须首先考虑成本的战略管理，即从价值链、成本动因和战略定位对成本进行分析。其次还要从适时生产系统与价值链分析相结合的角度来进行成本管理。
