| 摘 要： | 银行不良资产影响了银行的资金周转,制约了社会资源的合理分配。针对银行不良资产的制度成因与银行自身成因,从寻求政府支持、创建和谐社会经济环境以及完善自身经营管理机制等方面提出了解决当前银行不良资产的新措施。

| Abstract: | Bad assets of bank affects its capital turnover and restricts the reasonable distribution of social resource.System reasons and bank's own reasons of the bad assets are discussed.Finally,it offers the new measures to solve bad assets by seeking the government's support,setting up harmonious economic environment and perfecting self-mangement merchanism. |
