摘 要: | 本文运用控制理论与系统工程的思想和方法提出了一个基于负反馈复杂社会系统的技术进步的模式。通过对该模式的分析 ,揭示了技术进步的趋势与社会需求的大小无关而由复杂社会系统的结构所决定 ,指出社会因素对技术进步起到决定性的作用 ,这种决定性的作用是通过改变复杂社会系统的结构得以实现的。

A social model of technological evolution |

Abstract: | The paper is an attempt to apply the ideas and methods of the control theory and system engineering to the study of technological evolution. By introducing the ideas and methods of negative feedback and complex social system to the model of technological evolution, we get the model of technological evolution based on negative feedback system of complex society. Further more, we analyze this model and draw two important conclusions: first, enlarging social need can do nothing to alter the tendency of technological evolution; the tendency is solely determined by the structure of complex social system; second, social factors such as national policy etc. exert a definitive effect on the tendency of technological evolution. The effect is realized by changing the structure of complex social system. |
