| Abstract: | In the office work of regional RTVUs we are faced with a lot of problems under the new situation, such as slow renewal of concept, service with low quality, personnel with low level of competence, and backward skill training. The measures of solving these problems are to change the traditional concept,to improve the quality of service,to take building up skillful personnel seriously and to reinforce the skill training. |
