| 摘 要： | 本文论述了企业经营者和所有者的利益矛盾,探讨了两者矛盾对企业发展的影响和缓解矛盾的对策,针对国有企业改革过程中出现的问题,提出了通过经营者持股方式可缓解国企改革过程中出现的一些矛盾,经营者持股可以作为国有企业改革措施的选择之一。
