| 摘 要： | 农业保险这一风险转移的工具可以有效帮助农户提高他们的福利水平，农户在得到保险补偿后，可以迅速恢复生产力。但是在实践中农业保险的需求并不高。文章以黑龙江省八五九农场为调查对象。分析影响农业保险发展的因素及农户规避风险的意愿。

| Abstract: | Agricultural insurance,as a way of transferring risks,is helpful to improve farmers’ benefit level.With insurance indemnity,farmers are able to restart as soon as possible.However,there is low level of need for agricultural insurance in practice.A survey was made with respondents from "859" Farm in Heilongjiang Province,based on which the causes that block the development of agricultural insurance is analyzed,along with the information about whether the farmers are willing to avoid risks. |
