| Abstract: | the socialist construction of new rural areas is a great systematic project.This paper systematically expounds that in this great project,mianchi County Party Committee persists in making overall plans by taking all factors into consideration from the following five aspects--developing production, making a rich life, creating a civilized rural atmosphere, taking on a clean rural look, imlemeting democratic management so that Mianchi county has made great achievements in the new rural areas construction. |
