| 摘 要： | 目前我国“营改增”政策已经全面实施,该政策必将对餐饮业产生重大的影响.通过分析该政策对餐饮企业的税负影响,发现其能有效地避免重复征税,相对减轻餐饮企业的税收负担,进而提高餐饮业在第三产业中的市场竞争力.对餐饮企业在该政策全面施行的市场环境下如何更好地发展提出建议.
