| 摘 要： | 本文主要探讨将现在应用于建筑工程项目中的Partnering项目运作模式移植到电子新产品研发项目中,通过建立Partnering项目运作模式,达到了缩短产品链从上游模块开发到终端产品上市的整体开发周期时间,提高了企业市场竞争能力。

| Abstract: | Partnering project management model is used successfully in the construction engineering, this paper studies on how to apply partnering model to the new electronic products R＆D projects. The whole products chain＇s TTM（Time to Market） is reduced by implementing partnering model, this is significance of improving the enterprise market competitiveness. |
