| 摘 要： | 确定报道对象时要善于从全局的角度，把新闻事实放在应有的背景之下去审视报道对象的新闻价值。在选择写作角度时要善于从最精彩、最新鲜、最形象、最贴近受众、最令人感兴趣的地方写起，展示新闻事实内在的新闻价值。
