| 摘 要： | 成人教育担负着构建终身教育体系,推动学习化社会建设的重任。通过历史与现实的思考,我国应扩大成人教育办学规模,提高重视程度;推动成人教育立法,创新管理制度;建立开放、灵活的成人教育体系;调整成人教育培养目标,创新发展模式;加强成人教育理论与师资建设,大力推进课程与教学改革。

| Abstract: | Adult education assume the important responsibilities of building lifelong education system and boosting the construction of learning society.Through historical and realistic consideration,China should enlarge adult education scale,try to make people attach importance to it;boost legislation for adult education and create its management system;construct open and flexible adult education system;adjust cultivation objectives and innovate development model;strengthen theoretical and teaching staff construction and reform curriculum and teaching vigorously. |
