| 摘 要： | 创新型国家战略的实施对创新人才的需求促使社区和企业走进教育中心地带，开始在创新人才培育过程中发挥着巨大的作用，并催生了社企两种教育如何协调发展的问题。基于此，必然要考虑创建社区与企业联动的创新人才培养平台，为创新型国家战略的目标实现提供强大的智力支持。
