摘    要:教师生命意义的关注应该是教师职业专门化探讨中的一个重要话题。忽视教师主体的生命意义及其人文关怀,教师职业的发展很难实现。立足于此,本文分析了现实中教师生命意义消解的诸多现象,并尝试从社会环境、制度文化、教师自身职业活动等方面提出重构教师主体生命意义的基本思路。

Abstract:Teacher's life meaning is an important topic in teacher's professionalization.Ignoring the life meaning of teacher's subject and humane care,teacher's professional development may be hard to come true.This paper analyzes the problems concerning with teacher's life meaning,and tries to put forward basic framework of reconstruction for teacher's subject life meaning from social and institutional contexts,and teachers' professional activities.
