摘    要:在影响企业持续技术创新的诸多因素中,企业惯性是一个不容忽视的方面。本文认为各类创新角色在认知上的心理障碍是形成企业惯性的深层次原因。借助马斯洛的标签化理论,文章从注意中的标签化、感知中的标签化、学习中的标签化、思维中的标签化等不同层次进行研究,从而认清企业惯性形成的认知根源。分析企业惯性形成的认知根源,有助于企业克服企业惯性的影响进而实现持续技术创新。

Abstract:In many factors that affect the sustainable technological innovation of the enterprises, enterprise inertia is one aspect that can’ t be ignored. The paper believes that psychological obstacle of all kinds of innovative characters on cognition is the deep reason forming the enterprise inertia. By virtue of Maslow’s rabricizing theory, research into various level of rabricizing that includes rabricizing in regarding, in apperceiving, in learning and in thinking is helpful to recognize clearly the cognitive origin of the enterprise inertia. Analyzing the cognitive origin of the enterprise inertia could help firms to overcome the effect of the enterprise inertia and even to realize the sustainable technological innovation of the enterprises.
