| 摘 要： | 技术联盟是指两个或多个企业之间为了实现一定的战略目的，在一定时期内进行的一种技术合作安排，是本世纪中期以来，企业发展的一种现象。本文主要对美、日企业技术联盟的成功经验进行比较，同时又对我国技术联盟存在的问题进行披露，通过对美日企业技术联盟成功经验的比较，分析其对我国企业技术联盟的启示作用。
