| 摘 要： | 从全球看,私募股权基金（PE）发展如火如荼,正在成为与银行信贷、IPO并驾齐驱的三大融资板块之一。城市PE的兴起,有利于满足城市发展过程中的资金需求,有利于完善城市投融资体制,有利于缓解地方政府投融资平台的压力,有利于提升城市管理水平。本文率先在国内提出城市PE的概念,并对它的功能进行科学合理定位,在此基础上,提出当下中国发展城市PE的操作方略。

| Abstract: | The development of PE(Private Equity) in China is becoming more and more blooming with the globalization and PE has been a financing approach as important as commercial bank and IPO.City PE is developed rapidly with many advantages.Not only the city finance system has been improved but also the city management has been advanced.The author of this paper invents the new concept-city PE,and gives the exact functions and practical methods on City PE. |
