| Abstract: | Strengthening ethics of college teachers is the new demand that the 16th National Party Congress sets on college and university teachers, in which the key points are love of the career, selfless dedication, and respect and concern for students, the core is improvement of overall quality of teachers, establishment of a good image and behavior of teaching and cultivating students, and the fundamental guarantee is establishing and perfecting a mechanism of supervision and appraisal of ethics. |
